Candidate must be detail oriented and possess exceptional customer service and communication skills. This position will support management in the implementation and support of systems in accordance with established IT policies, procedures and Service Level Agreements. Candidate must possess the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot software issues and ensure resolution, and will be responsible for assisting with implementation of interfaces and on-going application support.
Candidate will work with multiple lines of business and IT areas, including networking and telecommunications, on communications and disaster recovery issues, and must possess the ability to maintain the environment, identify and troubleshoot issues, and lead the team to successful resolution. Business analysis experience will include gathering requirements, writing specifications, and documentation in support of the System Development Life Cycle. The candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience with Windows 2000/2003 server, workstation, and Windows applications; knowledge of file transfer utilities and security matters; and documentation skills. Candidate will have strong verbal and written skills, ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and a commitment to supporting IT policies and procedures. |
